Phaus were tasked with reimagining the ground floor of this iconic 1960s high-rise building. Affectionately known as The Plaza, formally owned by Littlewoods, it is now in the capable hands of regional property owners Bruntwood. The once sterile, compartmented 1990s ground floor has been transformed into a visually striking yet welcoming space for customers and public to experience the various lounges, co-working spaces and cafe on offer. The objective was to create a confident, bold and unique venue, an interpretation of the energy and optimism associated with 1960s design. The Collective worked with Phase to bring these custom acoustic ceiling baffles to life, designed to add productivity into the lounge area without compromising on aesthetics.

Avon Collection - Krenn named after the Cornish word for “round”, guides the eye along a gentle, curving journey inspired by the movement of natural waterways.
